Biological & Physical Sciences

The division is staffed with highly-qualified instructors with a diverse range of teaching methods. Courses are taught through traditional classroom lecture, hands-on classroom labs, and online. Our small student to teacher ratio assures that students receive personalized attention in the classroom. Class schedules are designed to meet the needs of both full-time and part-time students.

Our main focus is to enhance the educational experience of NCTC students by providing a variety of science courses designed to meet the requirements for an associate degree, a technical program, or for transfer to a four-year institution.
