Unlicensed Customer Service Representative

Role Overview:
- While shadowing an Unlicensed Customer Service Representative (CSR) at Bezner Insurance, you will observe how the service team supports clients through day-to-day administrative and communication tasks that do not require a property and casualty insurance license. This includes seeing how policy updates are processed, how documents are handled, and how team members communicate clearly and professionally with clients and insurance carriers. You may also sit in on weekly service meetings to see how the team collaborates, reviews priorities, and works through challenges together, gaining insight into agency workflows, client service standards, and the role strong organization and attention to detail play in a relationship-driven business.
