North Central Texas College Welcomes Home 2001 NJCAA National Championship Baseball Team

GAINESVILLE, Texas — North Central Texas College (NCTC) proudly welcomed back its 2001 NJCAA National Championship Lions Baseball Team during a special recognition ceremony held Saturday, March 28.

The championship team was honored ahead of the afternoon games against Grayson College, bringing together former players, coaches, and fans to celebrate one of the most significant achievements in the college’s athletic history.

Members of the 2001 team were recognized on the field, where they were greeted with applause and appreciation from the crowd. The reunion served as both a celebration of past success and a reminder of the tradition of excellence that continues to define NCTC athletics today.
