NCTC Welcomes Commissioner Dr. Wynn Rosser to Corinth Campus

North Central Texas College (NCTC) recently welcomed Dr. Wynn Rosser, Commissioner of the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board, to its Corinth Campus.
