Register for the Entire Academic Year with Lion365

North Central Texas College has made it possible for students to register for all three semesters of the academic year at once. Lion365 allows students to plan and guarantee their class schedule for the fall, spring
and summer semesters.

Lion365 is open to all students enrolled at NCTC. Students on an academic plan will benefit the most knowing which classes they need to fulfill for their degree requirements. Continuing students will have priority registration dates to ensure they get the classes they need to complete their program of study.

Payment Information

Students can find the amounts due for tuition and fees by logging into MyNCTC.

  1. Select the Student Services tab.
  2. Click on Financial on the left-hand menu
  3. Then Course and Fee Statement under the Payment window

Students who are utilizing Financial Aid for payment must have completed all requirements and accepted their awards through their Financial Aid portal. Financial Aid award amounts must show on the student’s bill by the Payment Due Date.

Students needing to make other payment arrangements can pay their tuition in full through MyNCTC, at any NCTC campus Business Office location, or by contacting the Business Office to pay by phone. Payment plans can also be set up through a student’s MyNCTC account, and these must be established and approved by the Payment Due Date for that semester.

To pay in full or set up a payment plan, choose the correct term in the drop-down menu and pay using Herring Bank. Students taking full advantage of Lion365 and enrolling for more than one semester (i.e. Fall 2020 and Spring 2021) must set up a separate payment plan for each individual semester.

Make sure your NCTC One Login and NCTC student email account are set up so you will receive important updates such as payment reminders or Financial Aid status. And remember if you no longer want to attend NCTC or keep your original schedule, you are responsible for dropping unwanted courses prior to the first date of that semester in order to receive a full refund!
