NCTC Celebrates Groundbreaking for New Residence Hall in Gainesville
Gainesville, TX – North Central Texas College marked a major milestone with the official groundbreaking of the new Clark Residence Hall, named in honor of the college’s founder, Randolph Lee Clark. The three-story, 54,000-square-foot facility will be located on the Gainesville campus and is designed to accommodate up to 150 students. It will feature two Resident Life Coordinator suites and three student lounge common areas, providing a comfortable and engaging living environment for residents. Construction is scheduled to begin in November 2025, with completion expected in January 2027.
