Planned Giving
YOUR LEGACY, YOUR IMPACT
Your planned gift ensures that your values and generosity live on, supporting NCTC students for generations to come while providing meaningful benefits for you and your loved ones. Explore the giving options below to find the plan that’s right for you.
Gifts in a will or trust
If you would like to contribute to the NCTC Foundation in the future through a bequest in your will or revocable trust, please contact the Foundation for details or complete the form below. Any donor who designates the Foundation in their will or trust can become part of the Randall Lee Clark Bequest Society. This donation will support the NCTC Foundation tomorrow and for many years to come.
Everyone needs a will
Whether you’re 18 or 108, everyone should have a will in place. People use wills to choose who gets their property, name guardians for minor children, provide a plan for pets, and more.
Through a will, many people also choose to leave a part of their estate to North Central Texas College and make an impact on students, for years to come.
Why Give in your will?
You continue to use assets or property during your lifetime
Potentially reduce your estate tax burden
Leave a lasting legacy at North Central Texas College
Beneficiary Designations
A donor may give a paid-up life insurance policy to the NCTC Foundation, naming the Foundation as both owner and irrevocable beneficiary. You may also choose to give a life insurance policy that is not paid up if the Foundation is assured there is reasonable expectation that the donor will continue to make gifts that will be at least equal to the cost of the premium of the policy.
Why Designations Help
Assets not included in your will are called non-probate assets. Examples are 401(k)s, IRAs, life insurance policies, and other accounts. Designating North Central Texas College as a beneficiary can have a big impact and may avoid unwanted taxes for your heirs.

Give assets while providing yourself or others with income for a period of time or distributions at a later date through Charitable Gift Annuities or Trusts.
If you’re looking for a way to maintain your current lifestyle, increase your financial security, and lower your taxes, consider creating a charitable gift annuity. Annuity payments are guaranteed for life, backed by a reserve and the assets of our organization
Annuity payments are partially tax free, making them more valuable than fully taxable income of the same size
