Dean of Students & Outreach

The Office of Student Affairs & Outreach is committed to fostering the holistic development of students at NCTC by providing opportunities for advocacy, leadership, civic learning, career development, moral development, empowerment, accountability, and community engagement. Through a variety of student services, our priority is to support the educational mission of the College while providing a learning environment conducive to student success.

Student Conduct & Resolution Office

NCTC is dedicated to providing quality educational opportunities and protecting of the rights and development of each individual of the College community in a positive, encouraging, and success-oriented environment.

In support of the NCTC mission and core values of Stimulating Learning Environments, Integrity and Encouragement, the Office of Student Conduct and Conflict Resolution is responsible for:

  • Educating students about their rights and responsibilities as members of the NCTC community

  • Facilitating student learning and development regarding community behavioral standards

  • Promoting and safe and inclusive environment that fosters student success

  • Guiding student conduct for responsible citizenship and positive lifestyle choices

  • Implementing the Student Conduct Code and other policies governing student conduct, on and off campus
