PHED 1116 - PHYSICAL CONDITIONING I

This course is designed to support the institutional mission to provide competitive athletic opportunities for students to pursue academic success, physical and emotional well-being and social development.

Upon completion, students will be able to:

  • Define aerobic and anaerobic exercise and recognize the difference.

  • Have knowledge of simple skeletal and muscular systems of the body.

  • Understand the importance of proper nutrition and hydration in an individual exercise program.
