NCTC Honors hosts research symposium

Jill Swarner | Apr 25, 2019

The NCTC Honors Program will be hosting the Undergraduate Research Symposium April 30 through May 2. The purpose of the symposium is to celebrate the work of our undergraduate students. NCTC administration, faculty, staff and students are encouraged to visit with the students about their projects. Students are not required to be members of the NCTC Honors Program to participate.

The students will be displaying their work in the first floor commons area of the Flower Mound and Corinth Campuses, and in the Student Union on the Gainesville Campus each day from 10 am to 3 pm. Students on the Bowie and Graham campuses coordinate with their campus liaisons to present their work as well.

As part of the symposium, students will be competing for "Best Paper" and "Best Poster" awards, and the opportunity to present at additional regional conferences.

The days and locations of the presentations are as follows:

Tuesday, April 30, Flower Mound

Wednesday, May 1, Gainesville

Thursday, May 2, Corinth
