A group shall apply for recognition as a registered student organization on an official College form. The completed form shall include:

  • The name and mailing address of the proposed organization.
  • The names and signatures of its officers, members, and its advisor.
  • A general description of its purposes.
  • Tentative plans of procedure.
  • Financial structure, dues, if any, and the like.
  • Method of initiation (shall be approved in advance through the Office of Student Life).
  • Proposed constitution, bylaws, or equivalent general outline of the organization's structure, purposes, or operation.

The College reserves the right to deny an application.
