Campus Assessment & Response Evaluation Services


NCTC cares not only about our students' academic success, but their emotional and physical well-being. The Campus Assessment Response Evaluation Services (CARES) Team promotes a safe learning environment for students, faculty, and staff and is committed to taking a proactive approach in helping our students succeed.

CARES addresses behavior which impacts the health and safety of everyone at the NCTC community, such as:

  • depression, anxiety, mental or emotional stress
  • lack of resources or support services
  • stalking, harassment, or sexual assault
  • physical or emotional abuse
  • violent or threatening behavior
  • self-harm or suicidal thoughts
  • conduct
  • sexual harrassment 

Making a Report

As a student, faculty, or staff member, you have the ability to report concerning behavior which could impact your own safety or the safety of any other person in the NCTC community. Use the NCTC Online Reporting Form below to report any or all concerns and issues.

NCTC has a FREE telehealth program for enrolled students and part-time employees called TimelyCare, which will provide access to 24/7/365 medical and mental telehealth care from anywhere in the United States, at no cost!
