Summer time is around the corner and so are our Youth Riding camps. There will be a daily western riding session for each child age 8-15 in an appropriate experience based riding level group. Students will also study horse theory, parts of the horse, parts of the saddle, equine nutrition, and much more.

Snacks will be provided for your child.

Please have them dress in horse appropriate clothing including long pants and shoes with a heel or riding boots. All campers are required to wear a certified riding helmet. We recommend that students provide their own. The college has a limited number to borrow.

Session Dates & Rider Levels

June 19-21

Introductory/Beginner I = First time to attend a NCTC camp and/or no previous riding experience or fear of riding
Time: 8:30 AM to 12:00 PM

Beginner II = Very confident walking, somewhat confident trotting
Time: 1:00 PM to 4:30 PM

All camps are limited to 8 campers
