GED - ESL      Classes are now being held on Campus!

GED Program prepares adults to pass all four subjects of the online GED® exam. Students will assess their ability to pass the GED® exams by taking GED® Ready exams. Students are encouraged to take their strongest subject area exams and concentrate on areas of weakness.Students will also be exposed to many resources along the career pathway continuum. Textbooks avaiable!

ESL Program designed for adults whose primary language is other than English and includes industry-related basic reading, speaking and listening skills. Students will also be exposed to many resources along the career pathway continuum.Textbooks included!

Details for GED

  • Must be 18 and older and no longer in school.
  • If you are 17, you must provide a high school attendance disclaimer form from the public high school in the school district where you currently live. Contact your high school or your school district administrative offices.
  • Parent consent must be provided to the ACE office.

Students must attend a registration session (BY APPOINTMENT ONLY) where assessments will be given both verbal and written to gain students current level of proficiency.  You must call 940-498-6446 or 940-498-6433 to make an appointment for one of the dates shown. Gainesville assessments are on Wednesday’s and Corinth assessments are on Thursday’s. Time will be determined by student and coordinator.
