HRPO 1006 0401 - MEDIATION SKILLS FOR HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGERS
Students will engage with an instructor to learn about types of conflict, responses to conflict, and the dispute resolution continuum; identify the mediation models and the benefits of the mediation process; identify the elements of the mediation process; apply mediation techniques; and evaluate the influence of personal characteristics and biases in the mediation process; explain the ethical considerations in mediation.
