How to Apply for Housing

Housing is limited and only available on the Gainesville Campus. Applications are accepted on a first come, first serve basis. Students residing in the spring or summer are not guaranteed a room in the fall and must apply separately.

Campus Housing is no longer accepting applications for non-athletes.

If you are an athlete, follow the steps below to apply for housing. The housing application and confirmation of the Application Fee must be submitted in order to be placed in a room or on the waiting list, incomplete paperwork will not be accepted. After applying students will be contacted to their student e-mail about the availability of a room.

Step One: Apply to NCTC

Students wanting to reside in housing must be accepted to NCTC. Students will need to be able to log into to apply for housing. To do so visit: How to Enroll at NCTC.

Step Two: Apply to Housing

  3. Click on Housing Application at the bottom of the sidebar.
  4. Click on Application for Housing located on the top right section of the site.

Summer Applications do not require a housing application fee. A $150 non-refundable application fee is required to be considered for a room at NCTC during the fall and spring. The fee can be paid in person or over the phone with the Business Office (940) 668-4200. The confirmation number will be needed within the application.
