First State Bank Exchange Interior

Everyone from Denton City Officials to NCTC staff and faculty to hundreds of prospective students for the Fall 2019 opening have been privy to the terrific exterior renovation renderings created for the FSB Exchange.

Highlighting the respective facades for Mulberry and Hickory Streets – including the 4-story parking garage – the exterior projections of the current construction have built high expectations for what the center will bring to Downtown Denton.

“The interior renderings have helped to solidify the vision of what we’ve been building for this community,” said Dr. O. John Maduko, NCTC’s Vice Chancellor Of Student Affairs.

“There has been a remarkable spirit of teamwork as Denton Campus Taskforce members and the NCTC administration have worked together to design a welcoming building that will greatly enhance the on-campus experience for visitors to the First State Bank Exchange.”
