North Central Texas College Honors is going to England and Scotland in December 2015 and students can earn British Literature II credit in the Wintermester 2015 semester as part of the trip.

Enrollment is open to NCTC all students (including dual credit), alumni, faculty, staff, and friends of NCTC.

Research shows that students who participate in study abroad opportunities are 20 percent more likely to graduate. Students say that their study abroad experiences increased their self-confidence; and students who participated had improved GPAs post-study abroad.

What better way is there to study the classics of British Literature than on tour while seeing Big Ben and Houses of Parliament, Piccadilly Circus, St. Paul's Cathedral, Westminster Abbey, the Changing of the Guard at Buckingham Palace? How about visiting Shakespeare's birthplace, Oxford, or Edinburgh Castle?

Tour costs include round-trip airfare and on-tour transportation, hotels with private bathrooms, breakfast and dinner daily, a full-time Tour Director, and daily activities, tours and entrances to attractions.

Student enrolled in British Literature II for class credit will have to pay NCTC tuition and course fees separately. Financial aid will be available for those students who qualify.
