Welcome to the NCTC eCampus Help Desk Ticket System
Students, faculty, and staff in need of ANGEL, Turnitin, and Big Blue Button support should use this system. If you are experiencing a technical issue with one of these systems that requires immediate support, such as an exam not functioning properly in ANGEL, please call the eCampus Help Desk at (940) 668-3335. eCampus Help Desk phone support is unavailable after regular business hours and on weekends. For all other technology issues, including NetID login assistance, campus hardware, MyNCTC and other network systems, please visit the Information Technology Services Department help page.
