NCTC as Part of the Community

North Central Texas College takes pride in being a part of the communities that surround our campuses and our institution as a whole. Through community and university partnerships, we are able to create a working relationship that benefits and strengthens all parties. NCTC also offers many services to community members and the opportunity to give back to the students, the college, and the community itself.

Services to the Community

Many services offered to students on campus are extended to community members and friends of the college. Rooms and spaces may be rented for meetings, workshops, or other activities. The colleges also host a conglomerate of artistic, social, and cultural events that are open to everyone such as the Creative Writing Contest and Awards and special guest lectures and presentations. NCTC also affords the following specialized services to members of the community.

Adult & Continuing Education (ACE) add

Non-credit courses offered through ACE are open to anyone interested in learning a new hobby or skill, improving on or updating existing career skills, receiving training for a new or current career, or looking to connect with others through social events or trips.
