Training Grants Now Available

Adult & Continuing Education (ACE) is committed to providing opportunity both to the potential and existing employees and employers. We pride ourselves in developing programs that fit our community's workforce needs. Our dedicated instructors, experienced staff, and enthusiastic students make our division one of the most dynamic in the college.

Utilizing unemployment tax dollars, the Texas Workforce Commission (TWC) offers grants assisting employers in developing customized training programs for their workers. The Skills Development Fund is Texas' premier job training program for businesses and workers to increase the skill levels and wages of the Texas workforce. The TWC administers the program through partnerships with colleges, including North Central Texas College. Business in Cooke, Denton, Montague and parts of Young counties are eligible to partner with NCTC in SDF grants.
