Announcing The Farfarer’s Fare, a fundraiser cookbook that our study abroad students will write this coming summer in Scotland. Proceeds will benefit the scholars of NCTC’s Stirling Institute of Science and the Humanities. The scholarship offers financial aid to students who invest time and effort in fundraising activities. Students can raise money for their trip by selling $50 subscriptions to The Farfarer’s Fare: A Scottish Journal with Recipes. Not only that, but donors contributing $100 or more will be invited to a wonderful Scottish dinner party, complete with starter, main and pudding courses. 

Our students will keep good notes on their favorite meals as they travel about the British Isles next summer and when they return, they’ll submit their best recipes, journal entries, stories, photographs, drawings, and whatever else they can come up with to produce a very nice and very personal book.
