| Kathy Bauer, Department Chair and Business
Management Instructor holds an Associate of Arts degree from Tarrant County
Community College, a Bachelor of Science in Economics, a Bachelor in Business
Administration in Finance from Texas Woman's University and a Master of
Science in Applied Economics from the University of North Texas.
She has been at North Central Texas College for four years and previously
taught as an adjunct at Texas Woman's University. Prior to coming to NCTC,
Mrs. Bauer was the Member Relations Coordinator with Cooke County Electric
Cooperative.
Mrs. Bauer is married to Bob and has three teen-age daughters. (This
explains the occasional mumbled ramblings heard from her office.)
She is a Sam Walton Fellow for Students in Free Enterprise (SIFE) at
North Central Texas College. In addition, she is a faculty advisor for
the Psi Iota Chapter of Phi Theta Kappa, the International Honor Society
for Two Year Colleges.
Mrs. Bauer serves as chair for the NCTC Student Services Committee.
She is President-elect of the Gainesville Rotary Club, is on the board
of Cooke County Friends of the Family and serves Cooke County United Way
as a board member.
