has a Bachelor of Science Degree in Business Administration,
and a Masters in Sociology/Criminology. He has approximately
14 years experience as a police officer and as a police
academy coordinator. Through the Texas Commission on Law
Enforcement Officer Standards and Education (TCLEOSE)
he holds certification as a Master Peace Officer and a
Police Instructor. He is also a certified bicycle patrol
