| Ann S. Jagoe, Ph.D. is Chair of the Department
of English, Speech and Foreign Language and Professor of English at North Central
Texas College. She received her Ph.D. in Rhetoric and English from Texas
Woman’s University. When not teaching, researching, preparing for
class, recovering from class, grading papers, or being otherwise occupied
with the important matters of education, she enjoys reading murder mysteries
and knitting for charities. Whenever possible, she sings back-up with her
husband’s rock and roll band; however, she refuses to tour. A closeted
fiction-writer, she has several projects germinating. Her motto in life,
taken from Gussie Nell Davis, is “Beauty knows no pain.” |
