The Applied Science programs at North Central Texas College are committed to providing the best possible educational experiences for students who are seeking to better themselves through higher education. Students may earn a certificate or an associate of applied science degree in a variety of career fields. Some programs provide opportunities for transfer to four-year degree programs and some provide skills for entry into the workforce.

The technical programs are linked to employment opportunities through community advisory committees and through cooperative work experiences that are a part of each program.
