In order to gain acceptance into the Surgical Technology Program, you must complete the following list of requirements:

Step One: Attend a Surgical Technology Advisement Session (offered in the Spring semesters only).

Step Two:Fill out an application (either by mail, online or in person) for admission to NCTC.

Step Three: Have official transcripts from each college submitted to the college.

Step Four: If you have never attended college, have an official high school transcript or GED Scores sent to NCTC.

Prior to acceptance into the Surgical Technology Program, the student can also take the following prerequisite classes that go toward the Surgical Technology Certificate:

SRGT 1201 Medical Terminology

VNSG1420 Anatomy and Physiology for Allied Health
