Another problem format is the awkwardly worded question. These types
of questions challenge the reader to clarify what is being asked.An
example of this question type might ask:
"The nurse would assess for all but which of these findings?"
Avoid getting upset over convoluted test questions. Try re-wording
difficult questions. Commit your energy and attention to ensure
that what is on your mind is also what is being asked on the test!
In other words, read what is actually on the page, and not what
is in your head!
Read the entire question before answering.
The important thing is to look for the second right answer, because
unless you do, you won’t find it.
