Suzanne is the EMS Program Coordinator at North Central Texas College and has been a Paramedic for 11 years. She began her career on an ambulance running patient transports and quickly moved to a 911 area in Collin County (Wylie, Lucas and Farmersville). After a year, she changed jobs and went to work at Children's Medical Center Dallas. Suzanne worked with children who had cancer and blood disorders for 6 years. During this time, she worked part-time at North Central Texas College in the EMS Department. She received her Associates of Applied Science in Paramedicine in May 1998. She then took a full-time job with the NCTC EMS Program. Suzanne worked as an instructor and was promoted two years later to Program Coordinator. Suzanne received a Bachelor of Science degree in Emergency Administration and Disaster Planning from the University of North Texas in December 2003.
