Friends of Agriculture
Departmental Scholarships
The Agriculture Department of NCTC chooses recipients
for these scholarships. Scholarship award amounts are usually
in the amount of $500 per semester.

Claude Jones
Memorial
This scholarship is for students majoring in Agriculture
and interested in soil conservation. Preference is given
to Cooke County residents. Recipients must have a 2.0 GPA.
Scholarship award amount is $300 per semester.
Application
David R. Smith
in Memory of Mr. & Mrs. David Hicks Smith
This scholarship is given to Cooke County residents who
enroll in agriculture or an agriculturally related field of study.
Recipients must maintain a minimum 2.0 college GPA. Scholarship
award amount is $500 per semester. Awards are based on the recommendation
of the NCTC Agriculture Scholarship Committee.

Ann Spaeth
This scholarship set aside for students in either Agriculture
or Business field. Preference will be given to students
who are residents of Muenster or Lindsay. Recipients must
maintain a 2.0 GPA. Scholarship award amount is $250 per
semester.

This scholarship is awarded to students studying agriculture or
an agriculturally related field. Scholarship award amount
is $250 per semester.

These scholarships are reserved for students who are residents
of Cooke, Denton , and Montague counties. Preference will
be given to students who enroll in agriculture or agriculturally
related field of study. Scholarship award amounts are $500 per
semester.

This award is for students majoring in either Land Management
or an Agriculture-related field. Recipients must maintain
a GPA of 2.5 and be enrolled full-time (12 semester hours).
Scholarship award amount is $300 per semester.
