WHEN: All events will be held on April 5, 2012
REGISTERATION: 8:15 AM - 8:50 AM
HORSE JUDGING WILL BEGIN AT 9:00 AM at the covered arena
AG MECHANICS WILL BEGIN AT 9:30 AM at the shop area on the West end of the 600 building
AWARDS PRESENTATION WILL BE HELD AT APPROXIMATLEY 3PM AT THE COVERED ARENA
Entry Deadline:
All entries completed prior to 11:59 pm on March 31 through Judgingcard will be:
Area Horse Judging - $40 per team
Invitational Ag. Mech. CDE - $50 per team
Clay Ewell and Associates will collect entry fees for both of these events.
LATE ENTRIES:
- Late entries will be accepted as walk-ups during registration on Thursday morning
- Late entries will be assessed a $25 per team late fee.
- Late entries will be charged to your Judgincard account.
Entries are not transferable from one contest to another contest after the entry deadline.
Entry fees are non-refundable.
Check-in:
Check-in will be April 5, 2012 at the 1600 building on the Gainesville campus beginning
at 8:15 - 8:50 am for the contests:
- Both contests will begin at 9:00 am
- Directions to the facility will be posted on this information site.
Additional Information:
- Refreshments will be served in the 1600 Building for the teachers.
- Each team/chapter will need to furnish the appropriate scan sheets for your contestants. These are available from Clay at www.agintexas.org.
- Make sure that the FFA number is bubbled correctly or they will not appear on your results summary.
- Results - We will present results and awards at approximately 3 PM at the covered arena.
