The Equine Program here at NCTC was featured in the September 15, 2008 edition of the Quarter Horse News. Shelly Switzer is the Equine Program coordinator and we are especially proud of Shelly for her dedication and hard work in bringing quality instruction to our students as well as Local, Regional, and National recognition to the NCTC Equine Program.
