Great Western Dining --MENUS FOR THE WEEK

Great Western Dining strives to provide a balanced meal to our students, employees, and campus visitors. Meal plans are available for students living in the residence hall and employees and guests can purchase meal and drink cards or pay cash per meal. In addition to meals served from the food line, Great Western Dining can also cater events on the NCTC campus or off-site.

Catering Services:
No occasion is too small or too large. Great Western Dining will customize their meals to fit your needs! Catering Request Form and pricing available upon request.

Conference Services:

Conferences wanting to host summer conferences at NCTC should contact Kim Brown at 940-668-3330 for lodging and Labeth Nall for food service at 940-668-4224.

Lion's Cafe and Grill Hours of Operations:

Monday - Friday (no dinner provided on Friday nights)

  • Hot Breakfast 7:30am - 9:00am

  • Continental or To-Order Breakfast 9:00am -10:00am

  • Lunch 11:00am -1:15pm

  • Dinner 4:30pm -6:30pm

*Menus are rotated weekly for variety and balanced selections. A full-service salad bar and dessert bar is offered at each Lunch and Dinner service. We provide soup and a special food bar at Lunch. Specialty meals are scheduled twice a month and may include steak, shrimp, chicken or international treats. Once a month, we bake a large birthday cake for all the students having birthdays in that month.

Snack Bar Hours of Operations:

Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 1:15pm

*Snack Bar provides favorite grill items, deli selections, and custom orders.

Located on the Gainesville Campus in the Administration Building (100) near the Student Center.
