Let the hospitality of the residence hall staff at NCTC host you and your group this upcoming summer!
The newly renovated Bonner Hall will be the idea location for your camp to stay while at NCTC or surrounding Gainesville, Texas for a convention/conference. Bonner Hall, the conference facility which will be available for guest houses 106 people between 53 bedrooms. The building is divide into 4 wing (13 rooms on each wing with one wing having 14 rooms) each with a community bathroom. In addition, Bonner Hall is equipped with two conference style rooms; two kitchenettes (for late night campers wanting to cook); four lounges; and a central lobby complete with ping-pong table and big screen television. Outside the facility there is plenty of room for group games to go along with the sand volleyball court; basketball goal; picnic tables; and grill.
Bonner Hall will house 106 delegates/campers for your summer conference! Dates of Operations - Summer 2008: The Summer Conference Schedule runs from May 21, 2007 - July 31, 2007. Currently the following dates have been blocked out for the following conferences:
Summer Conference Room Rates: Bonner Hall without Linens - $35 for the first night and $10 for each additional night Bonner Hall with Linens - $55 for the first night and $10 for each additional night *Rates done per room (groups can use rooms by double or single occupancy)
Bonner Hall rooms can be used as a single or a double occupancy room. Staff Rates: If your camp would like added security, trained desk clerks/over-night RA's can be provided for the cost of $10.00 per hour to monitor the security cameras and provide rounds during the hours which your group would like. *Staff members will be available for check-in and check-out of the group leader before and after the conference/camp begins. This service is included in the room rate. Summer Conference Meal Rates: Breakfast - $5 per person Lunch - $6 per person Dinner - $7 per person *Price quotes are for meals served from the line, special order meals or banquet style meals will be priced differently.
