CIRT 101: The purpose of this 3-day program is to certify local representatives as instructors of a researched-based, proactive approach in responding to Active Shooter/school violence. Our goal is to have staff, employees, and students taught creative, effective, and easy strategies that enhance their ability to escape the Active Shooter event if possible, and if escape is not possible, how to make themselves hard targets.

The A.L.I.C.E. program is designed to enhance current “Lockdown” procedures used frequently in our educational institutions.
