Federal and State Financial Aid is available only to students who are:

• United States citizens
• United States permanent residents
• United States conditional permanent residents

NCTC does NOT grant Bachelor's Degrees, Master's Degrees, or Doctorate Degrees.

NCTC grants Associate's Degrees and Certificates.

NCTC offers academic courses which can be transferred to a 4-year college if a student wants to pursue a Bachelor's Degree.

NCTC offers vocational courses to prepare students for specific careers.

NCTC does NOT offer any graduate courses.
