Gainesville Campus Dining
Location: Administration Building (100) near the Student Center
Great Western Dining strives to provide a balanced meal to our students, employees, and campus visitors. Meal plans are available for students living in the residence hall and employees and guests can purchase meal and drink cards or pay cash per meal. In addition to meals served from the food line, Great Western Dining can also cater events on the NCTC campus or off-site.
Catering Services:
No occasion is too small or too large. Great Western Dining will customize their meals to fit your needs! Catering Request Form and pricing available upon request.
Conference Services:
Conferences wanting to host summer conferences at NCTC should contact Kim Brown at 940-668-3330 for lodging and Labeth Nall for food service at 940-668-4224.
Lion's Cafe and Grill Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday (no dinner provided on Friday nights)
Hot Breakfast 7:30am - 9:00am
Continental or To-Order Breakfast 9:00am -10:00am
Lunch 11:00am -1:15pm
Dinner 4:30pm -6:30pm
Menus are rotated weekly. A full-service salad bar and dessert bar is offered at each Lunch and Dinner service. We provide soup and a special food bar at Lunch.
Snack Bar Hours of Operations:
Monday - Friday from 7:30am - 1:15pm
Snack Bar provides favorite grill items, deli selections, and custom orders.
