Welcome to North Central Texas College! Students wishing to transfer to NCTC from another college or university must provide the following information:
- Complete the NCTC Application for Admission through ApplyTexas or download the Application in PDF format. Online applications for Summer I and III may be submitted until May 25, 2011 and for Summer II until July 1, 2011. Please submit your application as far in advance of registration as possible.
- Submit WITH your application official transcripts from ANY institutions of higher education you have attended since your last semester at NCTC.
- Submit, PRIOR to enrollment, official proof of your TSI Status: either official THEA scores or an official college transcript bearing THEA scores. Click HERE for more about THEA.
- Because the tuition rate a student is charged is based on whether he/she lives inside/outside the college district, state, or U.S., all applicants for admission are REQUIRED to furnish documentary proof of what they claim to be their place of residence. They do this by completing the NCTC Residency Questionnaire and signing an Oath of Residency. To claim Texas residency for tuition purposes, you must have resided in Texas for the previous 12 months, and you must have moved to Texas for reasons other than education.
