Spring semesters, and 1 week during Summer semesters for students, and 3
weeks year round for faculty, staff, and community users.

Students and community users may have up to a total of 10 items checked out on their

Course Reserves
Instructors often place special materials on reserve for use in their coursework. Reserve materials are kept at the circulation desk of each campus library. With a TexShare Card, users can borrow materials directly from participating institutions (such as the University of North Texas and Texas Woman's University). In most cases, users need only present their current TexShare Card and a photo ID. TexShare Cards are provided only to NCTC faculty, staff, and students in good standing (i.e. no current fines, lost materials, etc.).
To obtain a TexShare card, qualified users must inquire at their NCTC campus Library and present current photo ID.
