How do I Request Computer/Technology Assistance?

Audio Visual (A/V) & Computer - Classroom

Corinth: Classroom issues with any IT equipment should be reported to the A/V staff at ext. 6249 or stop by the IT office room 358.

Gainesville: Contact ext. 4284 or stop by the IT office room 123.

Graham & Bowie: Contact ext. 4284

Office Workstations - Faculty and Staff (All Campuses):

Full-time faculty and staff can use IT Work Order Request to report technical problems.

Adjuncts and Part-Time staff should report technical problems to their Departmental Assistant for ticket submission, or contact the Help Desk at ext. 4284.

How do I request computer/technology accounts for a new employee?

The department supervisor must authorize and request new accounts for a new employee. Download necessary forms and view procedures here.

It is imperative that Department Supervisors notify the Information Services offices when an employee leaves NCTC or moves employment status from one NCTC department to another.
