NCTC currently uses the MS Office 2003 - users with MS Office 2007 on their home computers will have to save documents to be viewed on NCTC computers to the 2003 version of .doc to view that document on an NCTC computer. (image #1)

Users with another software package, for example WordPerfect, will have to save their documents in the .rtf or .txt format to view that document on an NCTC computer. (image #2)

Some display formatting may be affected when saving to these alternate formats.
