How to Set out of Office Reply Auto Responder

THROUGH WEBMAIL or WHEN ON CAMPUS WITH OUTLOOK 2003

Open Outlook and under the Tools menu select Out of Office Assistant

Enter message you would like to send and when you leave the office besure to change your "in the office" - "out of the office" selection.

OFF CAMPUS - THROUGH WEBMAIL

Log into Webmail, In the Navigation pane select Options

The settings box enter your message and change Out of Office setting selection
