Logging onto NCTC Computers

Network User ID: Your initials, reversed and followed by six randomly assigned digits. This ID number can be found online in Campus Connect under student demographic information or it can be provided by your instructor, advisor, Registration or Help Desk.

Network Password: Your social security number, no dashes

Your network ID is available from your instructor, the Registrar's office or the Help Desk.

Currently both XP and Windows 2000 are in use at NCTC, login names and passwords

are the same.

Logging onto Angel:

NCTC Network User ID

Password: Your social security number, no dashes (If your social begins with a zero(s) drop the zero(s) and use the remainder of your social as your password)

Don't have your User ID or Angel password? Visit the Angel webpage and request that your username and password be emailed to you.

Logging onto NCTC Library Database from off campus:

Network User ID: user your NCTC network ID

Network Password: Your social security number, no dashes

No password is necessary when logging into Library database from on campus

Be sure that NCTC.edu is set as a "safe site" in your browser

and that your browser is set to accept cookies from NCTC.edu.
