Campus Connect Faculty Access
Use Campus Connect Access to:
FACULTY LOGIN:

Use Internet Explorer when accessing Campus Connect

Use the Administrative Login page on the Info Systems Page of NCTC website (Info Systems link is at the bottom of the NCTC homepage)

DEFAULT USER NAME SETTINGS: fac_username (IE: John Smith: fac_jsmith)

(usernames are limited to twelve characters, some names will be abbreviated to fit this parameter. for example: Karen Fletcher's user name is fac_kfletche)

DEFAULT PASSWORD: default password is the user's social security number with no dashes - drop any leading zero(s).

Under the Faculty Drop Down Menu you will see..

Course rosters (including network IDs, email & phone info) and grade entry features

Under the Student Drop Down Menu you will see...

Student advising information, Student WebPin, Student demographic information

Please note: not all faculty members have Faculty Access Accounts to Campus Connect, these accounts created by the IS department when they are requested by Department Chairs and faculty supervisors.

As of spring 2007 all grades are to be entered through Campus Connect, if your department chair/coordinator does not request a Faculty Access to Campus Connect account for you they will be entering grades on your behalf. Please contact your department to confirm their option for grade entry.

If you have questions about your Faculty Account and have reviewed the overview sheet and Power Point orientations, contact the Help Desk at 940-668-4284, email kfletcher@nctc.edu or contact your department supervisor.

STUDENT LOGIN:

Students access Campus Connect through NCTC website using the link on the left margin of the front page - this is not the faculty access link.

Students need their STUDENT ID and WEB PIN NUMBER to access Campus Connect to check their grades and register for courses.
