TROUBLESHOOTING TIPS:
Be sure that NCTC is listed as a "safe site" in your browser & security programs
and set your browser to allow cookies and pop-ups from NCTC’s website.
1. Click on the "WebMail Access" link at the bottom of the NCTC homepage:
2. Enter your user name and password, including prefix: \nctc
Your username for WebMail is the same as the one used to log onto the NCTC network with the prefix of: nctc\
Your WebMail password is the same as the one used to log onto the campus computers.
3. Older systems may ask for domain name, the domain name is: nctc.edu

CHANGE YOUR EMAIL & NETWORK Password
The password for these accounts is the same - if you change it for one you change it for all.
Change Password in XP (Vista steps below)
Log onto campus computer
Press: Cntrl-Alt-Del
Click: Change Password |

Enter exisitng password in the Old Password field, otherwise, leave it blank.
Enter new password and enter new password in the Confirm password field
Click Okay |

Change Password in Vista
Press CTR+ALT+DEL. You’ll see a screen with a menu of options. Click on Change a password.
