do I check the status or update information on the tickets
I submitted with Perfect Tracker? |

From
the Perfect Tracker Main Menu select Find Tickets
|
To
search for a specific ticket, enter the Ticket ID
and click on Go.
If you want to see all tickets, do not enter any information
just click go.

The
Found Tickets screen opens, click on the ID number
(in blue and underlined) to see all information pertaining
to that ticket.
If you want to edit the ticket, click on edit and
provide further information in the Additional Information
box.

After
checking or updating your tickets please click on
the words Perfect Tracker at the
top of tickets page to return to the main menu. Click
on the words Log off on the main
menu page to close your session on Perfect Tracker.
