Why can't I view my rosters? Staffing assignments may not be complete, check with your Department or contact the Help Desk.
Why doesn't my login work?
1. Be sure you are using the Administrative login page on the Info Services Homepage, (link to Info Systems is at the bottom of www.nctc.edu) or click here for access.
2. Check your user name, are you using the fac_ prefix? your first initial and the first 7 characters of your last name?
Contact the Help Desk for assistance with your password.
I've been notified to enter certify/grade rosters but this option is not available.
1. Check the date range indicated in the notification email. Certification and grade entry options are available only in set date ranges.
2. If you are checking in the appropriate date range and do not see the options indicated, contact the Help Desk.
NCTC employee USER NAME/IDs are: the first initial of the first name and full last name (on occasion duplicate user names are differentiated by use of the middle initial)
John Smith's user ID would be: jsmith
User Ids and passwords to network users are sent to new employees when accounts are created. New employess will receive an email from the Information Services Department with their user ID and other login information. This email is sent to the email address provided by the user to their supervisor. If you have not received this information, contact your department.
To change your password, first log onto one of the college computers, then press Ctrl-Alt-Del and follow directions in Windows Security dialog box.
Login names are determined by the type of use of POISE needed and permissions granted. Accounts are created for users at the request of their supervisors. For login information contact your department supervisor or the Help Desk.

How can students find their login information: Students can log into Campus Connect to locate their NCTC netwokr and Angel ID name. Campus Connect login informaiton is provided by the Admissions office or through the Computer Help Desk.
Instructors can also locate student IDs, Network and Angel login names on their course rosters in Campus Connect.
NCTC faculty & staff (both full-time and part-time) have permission to run one copy of certain Microsoft software packages, for school related activities, on either a laptop or desktop computer that they own or lease.
