Full time employees should report computer/software problems using Track-It.
Adjuncts and Part-Time employees should report computer/software problems to their Department Assistant. Please be sure to be detailed when making requests or reporting issues and to include a contact number or email address.
For time sensitive issues, please call the Help Desk directly, a Track-It work order will still be requested to be sure that your problem is properly addressed.

Locate Track-It: Type"computer" (no quotes) in the location bar of browser
or going to the link at the top of the Information Systems Department homepage. Log in to Track-It here |
Troubleshooting Track-It:
"You do not have permission"
Check user name and password, be sure that caps lock is off and that the "\" is correct.
"Page cannnot be found" - while in browser, delete cookies close and reopen browser and try log in again
"Access denied" - - while in browser, delete cookies close and reopen browser and try log in again
