General Information

Your NCTC Human Resouces Department is here to help you. We are your contact point for all questions related to employment, and the HR staff is responsible for ensuring that all procedures and practices adhere to official NCTC Board of Regents Policy. Specifically, the HR Department is responsible for issues related to:

• Employment procedures
• Job classification
• Salary schedules
• Payroll & benefits procedures
• New employee orientation
• Supervisor training
• General employee training & development
• Employee leave
• Employee recognition
• General employee relations

In addition, performance evaluations are monitored and tracked by HR staff; however, actual evaluations are the responsibility of the direct supervisor. Legal issues regarding employment, supervision or evaluation should be referred to:
