ACADAMIA MANIA - Registration closes June 20

Grades 3 through 6

Puzzles, games and hands-on activities will stimulate math and reading skills throughout the summer weeks. Class meets once a week for six weeks. Homework assignments will stimulate learning during the off days. Students will provide some supplies. Texts included. Certified teachers will instruct the classes in the appropriate grade levels. Students may bring a snack or purchase snacks from vending machines during break time. Students will be grouped with the grade level they will enter in the fall.

Last year’s Teen Academy was such a success; we are extending it for a full day program. Teens will explore, develop and celebrate their unique personalities, talents and potentials. Extended focus on developing workplace skills. Each day will focus on a different concept to help teens come to know themselves. It will be more of the same and a lot more fun! BASEBALL CAMP - Registration Closes May 23

NCTC coaches teach offensive and defensive skills to learn or improve baseball skills; batting, base running and bunting, pitching, fielding, throwing and catching. Bring hat, water and sunscreen. T-shirt included. Limit 30 per class.

FILMMAKING - Registration Closes June 9                                       

Arturo Garcia’s fun and innovative class returns to teach students all aspects of the film-making process. They will polish skills beyond acting in front of the camera to script development and treatment, production planning, shooting and editing. Everyone will have an opportunity to try their hand at all production steps.
